Installations
Ms. Moorthy's installations create environments for meditation and self-reflection. They are made of ephemeral materials like sand, rice flour, and spices (like turmeric, salt, and kumkum) and digital media installations. In her words, "Audiences participate in the work by contributing their thoughts as writings that get converted into projected animated texts. These texts are changed every few days as if trying to keep up with the ephemeral qualities of other materials in the installation".
